1. 30% prepayments and 70% balance payments
2. Payments: T/T, Western Union, Escrow, Paypal, L/C
3. Package: Exporting Carton/ wooden case with Poly bag inside
4. MOQ: For standard fasteners, 100 pieces at least for each standard. Unit price increases at least 20% if less than 100 pieces. No MOQ if we have enough products stock.
5. Delivery: Express（DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or others）, air freight, sea freight.
6. For customized products, clients should accept “more or less” principle. For example, if a client has an order of 100 pieces non-standard fasteners, the number of finished products usually will be 100 to 110 pieces. The surplus ratio is about 10%. Client should buy the extra pieces since those are not standard pieces.
7. The quotation we provide for a inquiry is valid for 15 days. After signing contract, we will process the order in the best way unless there is an unforeseen accident.
8. We take responsibility for all products we provide. If client has objections to our products’ quality, please email or fax us within 30 days. It is not covered by warranty if the damage is caused by client’s improper storage or usage. The unqualified products will be remade, replaced, or refunded after our inspection.
9. If client cancels the order unilaterally, there will be a charge to make up the cost that we spend on the order. A written agreement from JHY is also needed for client to cancel an order.
